By using Raflat, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
Raflat draws are open to residents of Lebanon who are 18 years of age or older. By entering a draw, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Raflat reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
2. Ticket purchases
Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been confirmed. Tickets are reserved upon purchase and confirmed after payment verification, which typically occurs within 1 hour. Each draw may have a maximum number of tickets per order. Raflat reserves the right to cancel any order that violates purchase limits or these terms.
3. Draw process
All draws are conducted using a cryptographically verifiable random number system. A seed is committed before ticket sales close, and the winning ticket is derived from this seed after the draw date. The result is publicly verifiable — anyone can independently confirm that the winning ticket was selected fairly using the published seed and commitment hash.
4. Winner notification
Winners are contacted via the phone number provided at the time of ticket purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate. Prizes not claimed within 30 days of notification may be forfeited.
5. Prizes
Prizes are as described on each draw listing. Raflat makes no substitutions unless the original prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be offered. Prize values are listed in USD for reference.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use automated tools, bots, or any method to gain an unfair advantage. Any attempt to manipulate the platform, create fraudulent accounts, or interfere with draws will result in immediate disqualification and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Limitation of liability
Raflat is not liable for any technical failures, payment processing delays, or force majeure events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
