When you purchase a ticket, we collect: your full name, your Lebanese phone number, your email address (optional), and your payment method selection (we do not store card details).

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely to: process and confirm your ticket purchase, contact you if you win a draw, communicate payment and entry status, and prevent fraud and enforce our terms.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared only if required by Lebanese law or to prevent fraud.

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, or as required by applicable law. Ticket records are kept for a minimum of 12 months after a draw closes.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no system is completely secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations). To exercise any of these rights, contact us via WhatsApp.

7. Cookies

We use minimal browser storage (localStorage) to remember your theme preference (light or dark). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
