Nature of draws
Raflat operates prize draws where participants purchase tickets for a chance to win a specified prize. These draws are not lotteries regulated under national gambling law — they are private prize draws with a fixed-price entry and a publicly verifiable result mechanism.
Verifiability
Every draw on Raflat uses a commit-reveal scheme: a random seed is generated and its hash (the commitment) is published before ticket sales close. After the draw, the seed is revealed. The winner is derived deterministically from the seed. Anyone can independently verify the result using the published seed and commitment hash.
Disclaimers
Raflat makes no representations or warranties regarding: uninterrupted availability of the platform, currency exchange rates or the USD-equivalent value of prizes, or any tax obligations that may arise from winning a prize (winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes).
Governing law
These terms and any disputes arising from use of the Raflat platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.

All content on this platform — including the Raflat name, logo, and interface — is the property of Raflat and may not be reproduced without written permission.
